Josh Boland
Josh is a graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Photojournalism (May, 2024). Previously he served as the Student Director of Multimedia on the RIT Sports Network photo/video team. He spent six months on internship with MLive News, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, working on stories, news, features, and sports across the state. Josh has also worked for Bridge Michigan News covering enterprise, news, and features in both Michigan peninsulas. He is passionate about sharing imagery and capturing the smallest moments to tell a complete story. He relies on anticipation when capturing and is well informed ahead of each shoot. Josh pushed himself in his first year out of college and achieved Michigan sports photographer of the year in 2025 from MPPA.
