WHY YOU SHOULD OBTAIN PERMISSION
Obtaining a license to use a photographer’s work is required by US Copyright Law except under a few, restricted circumstances. So, if you wish to legally publish someone else’s photography and not worry about the potential issue of infringement, you will need to obtain permission. My photography is copyright protected.
The photos available on my website are images taken by me, which is why obtaining a license directly from me is important. This will also create revenue to sustain my business, purchase equipment, pay for insurance and maintain digital platforms for distribution of my work. By purchasing a license to use my photos you are supporting my efforts that led to capturing these photos and for future shoots.
